They're busy little critters when they're in a foraging frenzy hey kevin. Almost guaranteed, if you put your camera away, they would have come out to play - well perhaps not , but it sure seems that way sometimes. Beautiful bright colours on this little one. Out of interest, what plant is he/she hunting on?
They are very fast and uncooperative little buggers,makes it feel soooo much better when you catch them.I don`t know the plant they`re feeding on,it`s a weed that grows along the creeks banks.

I noticed a pair of them visiting my garden the other day, but they were gone as quickly as they came.
It looks like it is hiding behind the flowers just so you don't get a straight photo!

They do seem to like weeds when they're flowering and fruiting. I guess they're tasty...
