I used to live in Albany Creek and have taken quite a few bird photos along the creek around Cash's Crossing. There should be dusky honeyeaters and red backed fairy wrens at this time of year. Have also seen Brown Cuckoo Doves and Emerald Doves there and numerous water birds. It is a beautiful suburb of Brisbane.

Nice photos. Kookas just remind me of Australia.

Apparently in Cowrie Parade Park Albany Creek there has recently been a Lewins Rail and Buff Banded Rail. Keep an eye out for them.
