Hi guys, can you help me identify a call without a recording? I've heard this call only a few times before, and is a sweet fluid 'coo-wit, coo-wit' not too high pitched and I've never actually seen it before.
thank you

Hi Tegan,
Identifying birds from a description of the sound is always a bit tricky. Everyone seems to hear and describe things a bit differently and it's really hard to know how fast the call is.
The one thing that comes to mind is the Eastern Koel, as it's quite loud, clear and is a particular summer sound in Aus, as they migrate back here in September/October.
Cheers
