Grey Plover stands more horizontal with head tucked back, while PG Plover stands more upright (as your bird is doing). In Grey Plover, ID features are unproportionally large eye and a noticeable big heavy bill but your bird doesn't seem to have those features... I would say PG Plover.
Also, in Grey Plover, the ear coverts curve up and in PG Plover, ear coverts cure down. Are they Terek Sandpipers behind?
