I'd call them Black-winged Stilts. But in any case, those are beautiful photos, I love them

White-headed Stilt is going to be the new official name rather than Black-winged... In my opinion, the American sub-species (which has no black on the neck) would suit the new name better, and the Aussie sub-spp. should remain as Black-winged or Pied Stilt.
