Swallows at Point Nepean

We went to Point Nepean National Park. While the other people inspected the fort, I had only eyes for the many Welcome Swallows in and around the bunkers, trying to avoid getting people into my photos or scaring the birds . For some reason I find it hard to take photos of Swallows, they either are in dark spots, or flying very fast.

Well, you did very well M-L.  I agree, they move fast and are often in shadowed areas.  I watch them often at Lysterfield Lake and also at Lilydale Lake.
