I always have a few (thousand) pics to sort and found these tonight of a Swamp Harrier with a damaged wing from a sighting near Kurri Kurri on 15/9/12. My memory says that its flight was not unduly affected. That wing however looks to be shorter than the other.
It does look shorter but I notice that the flights on the body side of the tear aren't spread and it may just be an optical illusion. I wonder what happened. If only they could tell ...
