Swamp Harrier ?? young

Posted these 2 and some more in Rescue/rehab and looking to confirm ID please. believe it is a very young Swamp Harrier, Huonville, 40klm south of Hobart Tasmania.

It's a young Brown Goshawk or Collared Sparrowhawk. I'm leaning towards Goshawk.

I asked Stephen Debus about this one, he has a great book out - ' Birds of Prey of Australia : A Field Guide '. The 2nd edition was published last year.
Stephen's reply was "Definitely a juvenile accipiter, most likely a Brown Goshawk (i.e. not Sparrowhawk) from the heavy brow-ridge ..".
