a good question Tim; I went for the juvenile female RW, I actually believe that I have a similar pic; ID points against the ObO are bill size too small to head size, body colour would be more consistent whereas the RW white throat and rufous body is evident and overall size appears too small for ObO.
My 'Bird Pics' external HDD is still packed away so I can't look for that similar pic.
It looks like a Female Rufous Whistler to me

I would have gone with Olive-backed Oriole myself on the basis of the orangey-coloured bill and chest striations.
But I always assume others know more than me, so I'm interested in why others say RW female.
