Ok, after help with these two, are they the same? What are they? Photographed in Tasmania, east coast from memory
The one on the left is a Red Capped Plover. I dont think the one on the right is. I'm not sure what that is.
Double-banded Plover?
Hopefully it's some rare vagrant...
Was this taken in Tassie in Winter by any chance shore.rob? Double-banded Plover do Winter on the East Coast over here, and down South too I think.
