I believe a non-breeding Roseate Tern - comments please
I think this is a non-breeding White-fronted Tern. They look more sleek than the Common Tern and have the pale wingtips.

White-fronted Tern was my 2nd choice but head shape and Bundaberg location leaned me towards RT

My mistake Peter, I didn't even consider Roseate and I didn't notice your comment. This looks much more like a non-breeding Roseate than White-fronted. Sorry for the confusion
