Various recent photos.

I haven't been on any birding day trips recently so haven't had anything to post but photos have built up from shorter birdwatching sessions, here they are.

I went to the Sydney Botanical Gardens at mt annan and saw this Black-shouldered Kite, by the time I got to it, it had landed and was eating a mouse.

These 2 are from a local spot, a Golden-headed Cisticola and a Nankeen Kestrel.

A Brown-headed Honeyeater at another spot I go to often in South western Sydney.

Last night I found something very exciting. A pair of Masked Owls! Such a great experience seeing these amazing birds.

Ditto the other two! Always love witnessing feeding and other interesting behaviour, and those owls would have been an amazing find! Yet to see one myself.
