It's hard to be sure from those photos, but I think your circled birds are Sharp-tailed Sandpipers, aka Sharpies.

Thanks for your reply. I thought they were Sharpies (there were a ton of them there), but I never remembered their neck being so long! They always looked kinda hunched.
