What is this annoying bird?

I have seen thus bird a few times around always zitting around our area restlessly. I am thinking a Treecreeper of some type, maybe Brown Treecreeper, but it could definetly be some sort of whistler, shrike thrush or something else. It was spotted near Barcaldine, Queensland.
