I find waders so hard to identify. I'm sure this is an easy one for the experts, it was at Werribee.

Curlew Sandpiper - longish downcurved black bill.

Too much overall down-curve in the bill for Broad-bill, their bill is mostly straight, with a kink down at the tip.
