I had a fairly exhausting weekend, so I thought I'd go hang out at Sherwood Arboretum, and came across a new bird for me - the White-Headed Pigeon. When I spotted the first one, it was under attack by a noisy miner. Then it flew off to join another one. The last two pics are where they had a good chuckle I imagine as I managed to fall into a big hole/dip in the ground hidden under a bunch of tall grass.
It is pure excitment when you get to see a new bird
, double excitment when you have your camera in hand and you don't panic and manage to take some lovley photos just like these![smiley smiley](https://www.birdsinbackyards.net/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/regular_smile.png)
. I do like the way they are looking oh so serious then they are having sneakingly chuckles at the shenanigans below.![cheeky cheeky](https://www.birdsinbackyards.net/sites/all/libraries/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/tongue_smile.png)

Great shots!
Hehe, yeah. I often wonder what birds must think of silly human behaviour.
