White-bellied Sea-Eagle?

Took these in the Doug Larsen Park (Beenleigh, Qld) this afternoon. Might it be a White-bellied Sea-Eagle? Thanks.

Thanks for the confirmation. It was not at all welcome. This was the second day in a row that it had came to the park. It just happened to flee past me this afternoon. At one stage it had about 8 or 9 other birds on its tail.
