Yes Iam very lucky Donna , 10 years of planting, six bird baths and around 40 to 50 variety of birds come to my place for a drink .

Diane the blackbird is a male  Satin bowerbird which also has a bower in the garden.

sorry Shorty, but  I seen over 140 birds fly past , off my back deck

Awesome Darin, what a great variety you get.

yes Timmo I live less than 50 metres from a tree line  creek. Iam right in the middle of many vegetation zones. Wetlands with small patches of wet forest , grading into dry sclerophll forest.  Let's not forget about mozzies ,sand flies and things that creepy and crawl, which I love.

Neil anytime your pasting thru, nature lovers are always welcome and Iam happy to show you around Lake Cathie.

Brilliant variety!  I'll second the jelly (jealous) & third the visit, although change that to a "have".  So lucky darin, hopefully my garden will be a bird paradise in the coming years...working on it smiley  Beautiful shots, thanks for sharing yes
