checking on the Golden Whistlers

This morning, after the rain stopped I went outside to check on the G Whistlers. While I was trying to find them, I had to be careful not to step on any of the many Yellow Robin young. I wish everyone of you could see them, they are absolutely everwhere, and some new very tiny ones .So, I couldn't help it, had to take some photos. As I was doing this, I almost missed the female Golden Whistler sitting on the fence behind me, the male wasn't far away , but on the other side of the fence, so I could only hear him. They are still close to the nest, not sure if there are any eggs yet? I also took some photos of New Holland Honeyeaters, they came back the second the bottle brushes started to flower for the second time .

( I have to stay indoors now, otherwise I might take more photos, LOL)

see how obsessed (?) I am, I want to replace photo No 1 with a sharper one. Can you edit later? If yes, I haven't figured it out. So , sorry, here is the photo I wanted to put up:

(am I way off in thinking we could replace photos once they are up?)

They're great. Don't hold back, just go outside and snap away. The robins are really cute. I'd like to see more of them.

I'm going to have to pay more attention to small birds. I went for a walk with a friend this morning and the bushes were full of wrens, finches, thornbills etc.
