My pair of Galahs still visit every morning and late afternoon with the occasional extra one or two . I find them to be very cheeky cheerful characters . Here are some photos of these happy chappies ( apologies up front for so many photos ) very hard not to post them all.

Sensational shoop!  Love the down the barrel eye contact in one and toe picking action in #6, but yes love them all too and couldn't have left one of these out myself!  Hey, are there a pair still a pair excavating your tree?

Here they both are , as you can see the Male loves to perch on the very tip of the boken branch and the female fusses with the hollow ( which is unfortunately facing the other way on the branch) every so often coming out to see if things are all in order.

These are lovely Shoop,  the how clearly it shows the eye ring colours between males and females  . They are such a comical bird. One of our previous members. Kim ( birdgirl2009 ) has them breeding along with eastern rosellas nearly every year in her garden in the Hunter Valley ....  she keeps us entertained on FB with regular pics of them as they grow and fledge and we even get to see inside the nesting boxes ...it is totally beautiful and all her friends have a teary eye when they finally fly off each year smiley
