A few moments ago I was lucky enough to observe this female Wren performing the rodent-run. I took about 100 photos 
, so choices had to be made. You know me, there never is just one photo, so, I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.

I have only seen the female doing this in my garden.

I've been looking for the nest all day, it has to be somewhere, just can't see where they are going to feed ? Hope they will be "third time lucky", they have lost all the others.

Such a lovely wee little bird! Female wrens have always reminded me of pert little mice.
