My best guess would be a Jacky Winter. Another thornbill of some sort is also a possibility.

I'm with Curtis, it's a female or young male Golden Whistler. If you look hard enough you can just see the pale yellow vent area, indicative of female Golden Whistler.

Brown in wing important, as is white on throat... female Golden Whistler I reckon... Lorne, Bundanoon, NSW.
