Does any one know what this sound could be, I am not sure that it is even a bird, it is a very tiny sound, a high chirrip, a bit bell like. I hear it at night and in the day. I know that that's not much to go on.

It could be anything from a bird to a frog or cricket, but you need to upload a recording because the description is pretty vague :)
