thanks for that Woko. i love to learn new things, i had been sick for 4 years misdiagnosed as bipolar found i have ptsd and loaded full of medication, i was barely living , when i was re diagnosed and took off all the meds that where making me brain dead, i had a new lease on life, i went from sleeping 16 hours a day to now i sleep 6 hours greet the dawn now, i have seen kookaburras at dawn greeting the day the arrival of the herons and listening to all the birds.
my love of photography has come back i lost all interest in taking photos plus with shaky hands a side effect from meds didnt help.
anyways enough about me , my brain is alive now and im soaking the world back in,
yes with the help of a good doctor it all started, beyondblue helped me as well.lot of wasted years but i have lot more years to make up for it. im alive and kicking and making up for lost time.
How good is that Kerry, my daughter spent most of her youth hiding in a dark room. Fortunately that has now been a long time ago. A very good Psychologist , helped. But also horses and many other animals. She is married now, has a great job and is happy and healthy.

Hi Kerry, just to show you the difference, this one is a juvenile Grey Butcherbird. (had to go looking for it, is one of my older photos)
not all that good, but as I always say, better than none.

I hope Shirley isn't talking about my bird, because mine is a "juvenile Grey Butcherbird", there is no doubt.

Kerry, there's nothing like a good misdiagnosis to muck up your life. You must be bursting out of your skin after dealing with all that crap!

Good on you, kerry. I've found birds & the bush a great antidote to the stresses, strains & strangulation of society.
