As dna says, it's not that young, it has a white beak. There is one more stage before the beak turns white, I'll find a photo for you. Here are some, No1 is very newly hatched, No2 a few weeks later.
Have a look at their feet, similar to those of all Grebes,different to the feet of ducks. They have individually webbed toes on feet that are set far back .
Doubt it is too young, but it is a Eurasian Coot!

next the head turns darker. In the next photo you can just see the colour of the beak turn white, like the adult has.
