Assuming they are the same robin, female Scarlet Robin. Large forehead spot, light orange front part way down etc.
Tegan, Flames are slimmer and taller in appearence, and have a much smaller forehead spot. I don't have much experience with hooded robins, but they don't have any orange

Oh yes Ryu, looking now pic 1 looks more like a Female Scarlet, so that's one identified. But I don't think that they are the same bird, pic 2 has a smaller eye and is darker, the White is pure and isn't smudgy grey like pic 1, pic 2 also has a slimmer bill and lacks the forehead spot, I still think pic 2 is a female Hooded
#1: female or young male? Flame Robin (Petroica phoenicea)
#2: possibly female Hooded Robin (Melanodryas cucullata)
Tegan - Melbourne Vic.

They are two different Robins, but taken in the same area.

Another photo of the second Robin.

So first is Scarlet Robin
I am in favour of Jacky Winter for the second. Hooded Robin lacks the pale brow line and the white edging to feathers.

Thank you all. Female Scarlet Robin and Jacky Winter seems right.
