Female Olive Whistler?

The same day I photographed the Leaden Flycatcher (Samsonvale SE Qld) I took a few shots of another bird which was about the same size as a Grey Shrike Thrush but looked very much like a female Golden Whistler but was far too big. I have looked at these photographs severel times now and I now think this is a female Olive Whistler?

Not the best shots but will do for ID purposes.

I would agree with Zosterops, it looks like a Little Shrikethrush to me. You'll notice that it has a larger beak than Whistlers typically do, and while a female or male whistler might have some rufous on it, there is a lot more rufous colouring on this bird than I would expect on a whistler. I hope this helps :)

Of course!

Many Thanks Zosterops and Elsie.
