Honeyeater?

Took this a couple of hours ago at Lake Cathie, N.S.W.

Poor shot as i had my camera set for bif so iso is way too high.

It looks like a young bird but not sure which one it is, help please.

Nice one. Would you mind telling me exactly wherebouts you saw it, I have been birding the area for a few years now and havent seen one.

This one was in the trees near the bbq on the southern side of the creek (East of the bridge). I have seen some adults elsewhere also but mostly their bigger cousins.

Thats right, Little Friarbirds are unusal right near the coast on the Mid North Coast but can find them more easily once west of the highway, i.e. Wauchope or Taree
