Ah, hah! Thanks, laza. I always like to know where posters are seeing birds. Who knows, there might be a species seen way out of its range such as the recent Eremaea website report of a koel on the River Torrens at Athelstone, a north eastern suburb of Adelaide SA.
Fantastic! And he was nice and low and went all stretchy for you too, obliging little guy . I've only seen them once in Tas, way up high about an hour or so before sunset. Beautiful birds they are though, aren't they? Wonderful sneaky through the gap in the foliage shots by the looks too laza .
Good stuff, laza. And Collie Hills would be where? (Just for the uninitiated & less well-travelled).
Wellington Forest between Collie and Bunbury in South West of WA mate
